Glodack is a New Jersey native but moved to Florida in his high school years to play for the IMG Academy in Bradenton. The 6-foot-1 goalkeeper played four years for Clemson University.
He originally arrived in Tampa Bay for the Rowdies' Invite-Only Combine from Jan. 30 to Feb. 1 and impressed the coaching staff enough to earn an extended period as a trialist. He made his first appearance on Feb. 12 in a friendly against Malmo FF at the IMG Academy.
