It's a new state of soccer in Cary and the NASL Preseason Tour finally met up with North Carolina FC.

Chilly In Cary

The weather was cold, but that didn’t stop North Carolina FC from putting in a strong session on the field. The players worked more on the technical side of the game as well as a heavy focus on possession. The team then used a half of the field for a scrimmage to ramp up the temperature during the session.

Lifting Weights

After a few interviews, the NASL digital team headed to the gym as North Carolina FC focused on building fitness. The players worked on their core muscles as well as squats and pull-ups. Midfielder Alex Molano did his best gymnast impression, using the rings during his pull-ups.
