The Fort Lauderdale Strikers (2-2-5, 8) have shaken off a tough stretch by picking up four points in their last two games – 2-0 win at Miami on Saturday and 1-1 draw with Jacksonville Armada FC on Wednesday. Jose Angulo has been one of the catalysts with a goal and an assist in the past two games. Saturday’s contest also marks the Strikers’ first game at Central Broward Stadium, where Ottawa Fury FC visits following a tough 2-1 loss to Jacksonville.

Carl Haworth continues to be Fury FC’s goalscorer, tallying his sixth of the year in the loss. Ottawa (3-0-5, 9) will look to return the favor to the Strikers after falling, 2-1, at TD Place back in the Spring Season.
