Miami FC has added goalkeeper Sebastian Evers, who most recently played for the Jacksonville Armada FC.
Evers, a Miami native, spent two seasons with Jacksonville after graduating from the University of Central Florida. After missing his freshman season with UCF, Evers would go on to make 38 starts for the Golden Knights, making 146 saves and led the team to multiple NCAA Championship Tournament appearances.
Evers also had a strong youth career, coming up through the Kendall Soccer Coalition and playing with Gulliver Prep. He helped Gulliver Prep take home the 2006 state championship. While between the posts, the Kendall Soccer Coalition would take home the 2008 Disney Showcase title and two Florida State Cups in 2007 and 2008.
