Indy Eleven celebrated its Spring Season Championship before the start of the game, and remained the NASL’s only unbeaten team with a 1-0 victory over Minnesota United at Carroll Stadium in Indianapolis on Saturday night.

Indy (1W-1D-0L, 4 points) midfielder Dylan Mares intercepted a pass and then powered a shot from outside the box past Sammy Ndjock in the 78th minute for the game’s only goal. In the first half, Eleven goalkeeper Jon Busch saved a Christian Ramirez penalty kick in the 38th. The penalty to the Loons (1-0-1, 3) was awarded after Stefano Pinho’s brilliant run highlighted by a triple stepover ended with him being taken down in the area.
