The North American Soccer League will introduce its newest expansion side on Thursday, unveiling the San Francisco Deltas as the league’s 13th club and its first on the West Coast.
The official announcement will come after the latest round of FIFA World Cup qualifiers, which conclude on Tuesday evening.
