The NASL announced its 13th club on Friday, and it marks the return of a league presence in Puerto Rico. The club, however, will usher in a new era. The Carmelo Anthony-led Puerto Rico FC will begin play in the 2016 Fall Season, and the announcement of the New York Knicks star forward running a soccer team illicted plenty of reaction via social media.
