Minnesota United announced that it has declined options to retain three players for the 2015 NASL season.

Omar Daley, Pedro Mendes  and Michael Reed as well as  Rafael Burgos, who has returned to his home club SV Ried  after spending the 2014 Fall Season on loan in Minnesota, will not be members  of the 2015 squad.

On a season-long loan, Burgos  made eight appearances as well as featuring  for the El Salvador National Team during his tenure in Minnesota.

Mendes joined the Loons during the Fall Season from Indy Eleven. Making just one appearance for the club, he entered in the final minutes of United’s 2-0 loss to Indy on October 11th.

Daley signed with United during the 2013 season after playing for Motherwell of the Scottish Premier League. The Jamaican international brought speed to the  attack and made 18 total appearances.

Reed joined Minnesota in 2012 and  spent his entire professional career with Minnesota. He  scored one goal during his three years with the club. He  saw the field 32 times and started in 23 of those matches.
