After playing in the prestigious Florida-based Copa Latina with amateur teams Real Honduras and Honduras Five Star, Ramiez began his professional career in 2006 when he signed with Miami FC of the USL First Division, where he played over 50 games with Miami FC and proved himself essential to their defensive line. He also played with C.D. Vida of Liga Nacional de Honduras in 2010/2011 and then returned to the United States for 2012, signing with the San Antonio Scorpions in December of 2011.
