Region III Premier League Information Updated 8/13/2003

Instructions and Information for Scheduling Premier League Games

South Central Division

1. The HOST team is responsible for scheduling fields and referees for all games when the games are scheduled in their city. The host team is the team that is located within the city the game is scheduled to be played in. If there are two teams from the host city, these two teams will share the responsibility of scheduling games. All games should be scheduled within the same city but do not have to be at the same venue.

2. When games are scheduled in a neutral site (neither team is from that city), it is the responsibility of the HOME Team to schedule fields and referee.

3. Contacts for each team and referee assignors for neutral fields will be posted on the web site ( www.hotstat.com ).

4. Host teams should confirm games with team managers via email and provide directions to fields. Teams can also be directed to the team/club web site for information. Please suggest hotels to teams traveling to your city.

5. If a TS appears next to a game, it is the responsibility of the two teams playing to schedule the game at a location that has been mutually agreed upon by both teams. If for whatever reason the game is not scheduled within a reasonable period of time, the state representative will schedule the game.

6. Teams that would like to play a friendly game while in a city for a premier league game should contact the host team for assistance in scheduling an additional game (these games will not count in PL standings). Host teams will assist with scheduling friendly games but there is no guarantee that they can be scheduled.

7. League play must be concluded by December 15, 2003.

8. Please contact your state representative if you have any questions. Their names and information are posted on the www.hotstat.com web site.
