Message from the Commissioner of the NASL

The North American Soccer League has become aware that an individual holding himself out as Scott “Matchmaker” Michaels, and his related companies, the National Soccer League (“NSL”) and Football is For the Fans, Inc., are representing to the public, including potentially to players, coaches, venue owners, merchandisers, vendors, and investors, that this individual and his related entities are or may be somehow affiliated with or partnered with the North American Soccer League, and that the North American Soccer League intends to resume play in the United Kingdom in 2026.  Please be aware the North American Soccer League is not a partner of, and has no affiliation with Scott “Matchmaker” Michaels, NSL, or Football is For the Fans.  Any statement to the contrary is unequivocally false.
