Hall, 27, brings seven years of Major League Soccer experience to the Rowdies with him, having played for New York Red Bulls, the Portland Timbers, FC Dallas, Toronto FC and the New England Revolution. He made 12 appearances for the Revolution in 2015, falling just short of the 1,000 minute mark with 998 minutes on the field.

Hall was a regular in Toronto FC’s lineup in 2012 and 2013, making 54 appearances and playing nearly 4,000 minutes for the Reds in those seasons.

Born in Tampa, Hall was a member of the United States Under-17 National Team residency program in Bradenton before playing collegiately at the University of Maryland. He was drafted 11th overall by the New York Red Bulls in the 2009 MLS SuperDraft.
