The Atlanta Silverbacks promoted center back Abdul Bangura to the first team on July 3, 2015, adding depth to the backline and midfield with the versatile 29-year-old.
Bangura returned to the Silverbacks after featuring in 15 matches during the 2014 season and two Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup appearances. He's featured for the Atlanta Silverbacks Reserves in the NPSL throughout 2015.
