It was the final day in the stop in Puerto Rico for the NASL Preseason Tour on Thursday before heading to Miami in the evening. Before heading back to the coastal United States, the afternoon was spent witnessing a Puerto Rico FC pool session, after playing a preseason match the night before.

Hector Ramos, The Water Polo Goalie

Puerto Rico FC spent the majority of its time in the pool, aside from warming up, playing water polo. If you thought Hector Ramos was an intimidating force for defenders before, he equaled that when swatting balls and grabbing them out of the air with ease to keep his side from conceding goals.

The players certainly enjoyed the time in the pool, consistently smiling and joking with each other, not to mention the players trying to distract their opponents with splashing.

At the end of the training session, coach Adrian Whitbread even got in on the act, drawing plenty of laughs from the team.
