Paterson: I model my game after Liverpool's Steven Gerrard.

NASL: Have you ever played in any major club or international tournaments?

Paterson: I played in the Foyle Cup and Milk Cup,  which both take place in the United Kingdom.

NASL: Have you ever done any coaching? If so, where?

Paterson: I've coached at the academy level for almost every team I've played for. I also am a part-owner of Pro Futsal Training in Ottawa.

NASL: What is one interesting thing about you that not many people would know?

Paterson: I'm the best hairdresser in the North American Soccer League (NASL).
