  6. AGM Meeting: Scheduling - Christia Woodford.
    1. Roll call and assignment of team numbers to all teams
    2. Cover field size and goal size changes.
    3. Cancellation policies for NASL and State games.
    4. Payment for refs on the field. Team forgets player cards, team doesn't have enough to play or team is a no show that team is responsible for the entire fee and is payable on the field with the exception of the no show, NASL collects that. Teams refusing to pay refs on the field or are a no show have 10 days from date of game to pay NASL. If payment is not received then the remainder of the games will be removed from the schedule until fee is paid.
    5. $40.00 reschedule fee for all NASL cancelled games that want to be rescheduled.
Reschedule fee must be received by NASL the Friday prior to the reschedule date before game will be put on the schedule.
    6. Schedule will become static 2 weeks after full schedule is posted. I will put the first two weeks up to get us started.
    7. All teams are responsible for checking entire schedule for errors.
    8. Teams that fail to bring errors to my attention regardless of whose error it is will be responsible for ref fees.
    9. Make a habit of checking schedule every day. Unforeseeable things happen all the time! Teams are responsible for no show fees if there is a change and they didn't check.
    10. State game changes have to go through state office. I only deal with Lynn for changes and cancellations.
    11. NASL fees:
      State games only-$75.00
NASL games with state games $125.00 - This includes both NASL games and state games.
    12. Hosting out of town friendly games- Hosting team is responsible for ref fees for no shows, no player cards or not enough players from guest team. It is your responsibility to make them aware of or rules if you invite them to play. How you collect your money from the other team is up to you.

  7. Rec-Plus – small sided games for Fall 2004
How are we going to handle field and goal sizes for U9 and U10, U11?
Also will we have an end-of –the-season tournament (prior to Governor’s Cup)? Tournament rules for U9 and U10 are at:
    http://www.nasl.com/rec-plus.htm
What are the costs to the U9, U10, U11 teams?
Check out the article on-line at http://www.nasl.com/articles/pdf/SmallSidedGames.pdf
which is AYSA Small Sided Games - A comprehensive Manual: the what’s, how’s, why’s, and when’s of small sided games in youth soccer
Here is where we are planning on doing for the Fall 2004 Season and Spring 2005:
          U9 - 6v6
          U10 - 8v8
          U11 - 8v8
          U12 and above - Full sided 11v11

    Offside
U9 and below - No Offside - only one referee.
U10 and above - Offside is called - three referees.

The only places that we differ from the recommendations is that we will use whatever fields and goals are available. That doesn't mean that the U9s, U10s and U11s will be using full size fields. Rather, what it does mean is that we will use whatever small sided resources are available. In other words the U9s, U10s and U11s could all use the same size field and goals - which might be larger than those recommended. For example, we won't cancel games if the only goals available are 8 x 24 instead of the recommended 7x21 or 6x18.
It will be up to the new NASL board to decide if they will be able to mark off all fields for U9s, U10s and U11s at the same size or if they want to provide smaller fields and smaller size goals for the U9s. If they don't implement smaller fields for the U9s this year, then they probably will do so in Fall 2005 when both U9s and U10s play 6v6 and U11s and U12s will play 8v8.

  8. AYSA Club Pass

On a state league game both teams will provide a roster for that game (Game-day roster) It will not have more the 18 players. Some players may be using the Club Pass system but they must be on the game-day roster.
    State League Games
    - Players must all have player cards. NO PASS! NO PLAY!
    - Players must be on the game-day roster NOT ON ROSTER NO PLAY! If there are 17 names on roster an 18th can be added as long as they have a pass.
    - Player Passes must all be from same club
Friendlies/scrimmages - Player pass for all players. No roster necessary.
Tournament - There will be a Tournament Roster.
