Practice Update: Thursday, October 4

The Rowdies had a two-hour training session at Shimberg Fields on Thursday morning, continuing  their preparation for the first leg of the semifinal matchup on October 6th at WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary, NC against the RailHawks at 7:00 p.m. ET.

Goalkeeper Jeff Attinella spoke about how the team is getting ready to face Carolina for the third time in less than three weeks. The USF alumni also comments on head coach Ricky Hill's NASl Coach of the Year award and how important he has been in solidifying the defense in the 2012 season.

The Rowdies will play the first leg of the NASL Semifinals on October 6, in Cary, NC against the RailHawks at 7:00 p.m. ET. You can catch the match live on RowdiesSoccer.com or you can click here.
