The first-place Puerto Rico Islanders host the undefeated Carolina RailHawks on April 21st. These two teams finished first and second in the NASL standings last season. The previous season they met in the 2010 USSF D-2 Final. The 2011 NASL Regular Season Champion RailHawks look to get their first win of the 2012 campaign.
