BIO: Julius James was signed by the Carolina RailHawks prior to the 2013 season. James was drafted 9th overall by Toronto F.C. in the 2008 MLS SuperDraft. In 2009, James was traded to the Huston Dynamo as part of the Dwayne De Rosario trade, and then again to D.C. United. The Columbus Crew signed James, where he would spend the 2011 and 2012 season with the Crew. The Trinidad and Tobago international has made 16 appearances with Trinidad and Tobago Men’s National Team, earning his first cap against Guyana on September 8th. James played collegiately for the University of Connecticut. A standout career at UCONN led James to a 2007 Hermann Trophy candidate and Lowe’s Senior Class Awards finalist.
