Konrad Warzycha comes to the Carolina Railhawks on loan from Sporting Kansas City (MLS). Warzycha was drafted in January 2011 in the third round of the MLS SuperDraft and made his first appearance for the club on May 29, 2012 in a 3-2 Open Cup victory over Orlando City. In June, Warzycha made his MLS debut in a 2-0 win against Toronto FC. Warzycha started both international friendlies against Stoke City FC (EPL) and Montpellier Herault SC (Ligue 1) and has appeared in every Kansas City Reserve League match this season.

Warzycha played at Ohio State University from 2007-2010. As a junior Warzycha earned All-Big Ten Second Team honors. His standout year came his final season for the Buckeyes as Warzycha started every game, scored eight goals and was named to the All Big-Ten First Team.
